Founder and CEO of Harbor. Has been passionately exploring the premium real estate market for over five years, combining investment intuition with an analytical approach to projects. He specialises in finding exceptional land, creating financial models and sales strategies. He is responsible for building the team and leading the entire investment process - from vision to sale. Effective, determined and acts without undue delay. Adheres to the principle that quality and speed can go hand in hand if accompanied by a clear vision and consistency in action.

Chief Architect
Architect with more than ten years of experience in premium property design. In his work he focuses on purity of form, functionality and solutions far beyond market standards. He has a unique aesthetic sense and does not recognise compromises in quality. He creates spaces that are not only beautiful, but above all thoughtful and comfortable for everyday use. At Harbor, he and his team at GDA ARCHITEKCI are responsible for the architectural concept , design documentation, consistency of vision and supervision of implementation.

I have been active on the construction market for more than 25 years and held key management positions in international corporations. During my career, I have been responsible not only for the Polish market, but also for Slovakia, the Czech Republic, I have been in charge of and supervised the activities of companies in Germany and the Benelux countries, as well as managed the company's activities in Finland on behalf of the Supervisory Board. Today I am active within my own structures. At the same time, I am active in other fields. I am a Polish representative in sports bridge. I have my own foundation, Bridge for Business, which supports mental sports such as sports bridge and chess and combines these activities with the world of art.
In the company I am responsible for the execution and investor side. Construction, energy, but also art and mental sports are my passions. The combination of all these gives us an amazing effect and this is what our investments are - unique.
